It is a good idea to send the product properly packaged and in a manner that it can be traced. This feature is available with Aust Post Office. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and a brief description of the problem with your sunglasses. When we receive your sunglasses, we will determine whether to repair or replace the product and will inform you of any costs, if necessary. Q. I am returning my sunglasses to Randolph for warranty repair. Does Randolph pay for the shipping for this? A. The customer is responsible for getting the product to Randolph. When received and approved for warranty repair or replacement, we will pay for shipping back to the customer. Q. I have broken one of the lenses in my Randolph sunglasses. Can they be replaced and if so, how much do they cost? A. All Randolph sunglasses are designed to accommodate replacement lenses. The cost for plano (non-prescription) glass lenses is $50 a pair; polarized lenses are $100 a pair, plus shipping. Contact Customer Service and provide the frame style, size and color of the lens. Customer Service will assist you if you do not know the frame style and/or size. Q. I am having trouble finding a dealer that sells Randolph sunglasses. Can you help me? A. You will find the complete line of genuine Randolph sunglasses, including some special offerings not available elsewhere, in the Randolph virtual store. Customer Service will be glad to help you with any questions regarding frame size and/or color and lens choices not addressed in this FAQ section. Q. How long will it take my product to be shipped after I order it? A. For catalog products, we will ship most orders within 3 or 5-business days. Large or special orders may take longer. A. Yes, all Randolph frames (except Raptor/Avion) are suitable for prescription lenses. You may purchase the frame only and have your optician “edge” (shape) prescription lenses to fit your frame, or we can refer you to one of our Authorized Dealer Opticians for your Rx work. Note: Randolph does not directly provide prescription lens service at the present time. Q. Will your Clip-On’s fit my current glasses? Randolph Clip-On’s are made specifically for Randolph frames. They are designed for a custom fit and exact color match. Therefore, if you have a frame other than a Randolph, it is unlikely that you will have a satisfactory fit. Q. Can I order replacement parts? Using a mirror, or have someone helping, line up the end of the ruler with one temple and then measure to the opposite temple.
